Getting toned and losing weight doesn't have to be done at the gym.  I am confident I can give you the best workout of your life, right in the comfort of your own home.  One kettlebell (approximately 10-20lb) is recommended for the workouts.  My kettlebell workouts are designed to be effective and intense, giving you a full-body workout in 30 minutes or less.

  • Weekly customized workouts are emailed directly to you along with personalized fitness and nutritional recommendations designed to fast-track your progress

  • Workouts are done at home with one kettlebell in 30-minutes in length

  • One-on-one weekly coaching call to discuss weight loss and nutrition to ensure you are meeting your goals. 

  • Ketlebell Program is $199 which includes 4 weekly kettlebell workouts and 4 one-on-one coaching calls with a certified kettlebell trainer.
